GTC, a leading investor and commercial property manager in Central and Eastern Europe, has extended a lease agreement for 1,700 sqm of office space with pharmaceutical company Egis Polska. The company will continue to operate in the Corius building, part of the Aeropark Business Centre in Warsaw. In recent months, GTC finalized lease agreements in this location totaling 3,600 sqm.

Egis, a subsidiary of the French Servier Group, is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies producing generic drugs in Central and Eastern Europe. The company's operations span the entire pharmaceutical value chain - from research and development to production, sales, and marketing. Egis products are available in over 100 countries, and the company is actively developing modern therapies, including highly active substances, while investing heavily in innovation and expanding its R&D and manufacturing capabilities.

Under the renewed lease agreement, Egis Polska will continue to occupy over 1,700 sqm of high-quality office space in the Corius building, located on Komitetu Obrony Robotników Street, adjacent to Warsaw Chopin Airport.

“Aeropark Business Centre fosters strong partnerships, and we are pleased that our long-standing collaboration with Egis Polska continues to thrive. Their team will remain in a modern, comfortable office environment surrounded by greenery, with excellent access to transport infrastructure and on-site amenities,” said Michał Kubicz, Associate Director at GTC.

“In recent months, we signed leases for 3,600 sqm in Aeropark, confirming its continued appeal among tenants,” added Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Office Leasing at GTC.

In addition to Egis Polska – represented by Colliers in the transaction – other recent lease renewals at Aeropark Business Centre include TAJ, MAOBI Group and GBA Logistics. New tenants such as Asekol and a new canteen operator have also joined the business community.

The three buildings within Aeropark Business Centre (Zephirus, Corius, and Nothus) offer nearly 29,000 sqm of leasable space, with sustainability features certified at LEED Platinum or Gold levels. The complex is also home to companies such as Łukasiewicz Research Network - the Institute of Aviation, Polish Aviation Group and DHL.
